return & exchange policy
At Namaste Crystals all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. We do our best to package and ship each beautiful piece with super protective packaging but we do suggest that you consider adding delivery insurance to your package just as a precautionary measure. We use USPS for small and medium packages and UPS for larger shipments... Both have excellent track records with us and also offer shipping insurance at a very minimal cost.
